I save this for last because I have no control over the value of your property and I don’t want you to make the serious mistake of basing your listing decision on the asking price. Finally, I will review the necessary paperwork and offer some staging suggestions to get your listing off to a fast start.

Once we have set an asking price and signed all the necessary paperwork, I will list your property with the MLS and begin to implement my unique marketing plan. Please keep in mind that I responded to you proposal, you are in an area that I service. Remember, it’s the marketing plan, not the location of your Realtor that is going to get your home sold.
