The purpose of this marketing plan is to show you how we will market your home to reach our mutual goal of getting your home sold. If my marketing plan meets your needs, then hopefully we can work together.

The next step, which most sellers do first, is to establish an asking price. We save this for last because we have no control over the value of your property and don’t want you to make the serious mistake of basing your listing decision on the asking price. Finally, we will review the necessary paperwork and offer some staging suggestions to get your listing off to a fast start.

Once we have set an asking price and signed all the necessary paperwork, we will list your property with the MLS and begin to implement my unique marketing plan.
